Ad traffic coordinator

Ad traffic coordinator ALCC, the trade association for the Colorado landscape industry, is looking for an ad traffic coordinator for Colorado Green, our bi- monthly, B2B trade association magazine. Must be able to work independently, offer advertisers excellent customer service, and manage deadlines. This is a remote, independent contractor position (for now). *Responsibilities* • Work with sales team and association to craft collateral and sale communications to potential advertisers • Create production schedule for bi-monthly publication • Manage ad trafficking process; communicate with advertisers; collect creative; review • Assist designer with pagination and review ad fulfillment • Communicate with printer/mail house to confirm production schedule and specs • Other customer service responsibilities to support advertisers Additional responsibilities for the ideal candidate with applicable experience: • Work with and support sales team on sales and promotional strategy for Colorado Green Magazine • Maintain sales prospect database *Qualifications* \\- Knowledge of print advertising sales and print production processes \\- Experience in ad traffic coordination, project management or similar role \\- Experience with Magazine Manager software *Requirements* \\- Excellent writing and communication skills \\- Ability to manage deadlines and keep project on schedule Salary range: $1500-3000 per issue (issues are produced bi-monthly), to be invoiced to ALCC when issue is approved by printer. This is an independent contractor position.
