The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. This role requires strong phone etiquette, sales, social media content creation and engagement, community engagement, and proficiency in using various office tools, including Google Suite and Canva, for marketing and social media. Light maintenance may be required, along with helping to keep the therapists running smoothly and punctual for their appointments. Qualifications • Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar customer service role is preferred. Room for growth, as opportunities for management will be available for the right person!
