Administrative and Marketing Assistant

We are a local roofing company that is looking for a driven, and passionate office/marketing assistant who is detail orientated. This position will primarily provide a detailed and organized range of administrative, marketing, and creative support to the Sales/Marketing team. If you’d like to be part of this growing team, please apply today! **Administrative Responsibilities** • Answer phones • General Office Organization • Assist All Office Staff • Coordinate Sales Meetings • Customer Service (phone/email) • Microsoft Office/Google Docs **Marketing Responsibilities** • Staying up to date and ahead of the social media marketing trends and implementing those strategies • Maintain accurate, up-to-date online profiles on lead partners and general listings • Improve brand reputation by harvesting reviews and surveys from customers • Create and implement a social media content strategy • Manage ads, budget, and spend • Prepare online newsletters, magazine articles, and blogs for our website and social media • Create content for both internal and external usage • Manage our Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other Social Media channels • Create 2 + videos per week on social channels • Go to job sites and get before/after photos and videos. • Naturally motivated • Multi-tasking and time management skills • Experienced with Photoshop (or similar program) • Professional and strong written and verbal communication skills • Have a valid driver’s license • Experienced preferred in Marketing/Social Media Advertising **Bonus if you know how to:** • Experienced with Facebook advertising and Google Ad Words • Experience in photography and videography • Experience using analytical software **Benefits** Paid time off 401(k) matching Paid Holidays **If this sounds like something you would love to do, please email your resume along with your salary requirements.
