Answer and direct phone calls and take messages. Greet customers Provide administration support to sales and service departments: invoicing/billing out retail sales, work orders, parts orders, and collect payments in QB. Must have experience in a variety of computer skills including Word, Excel, PDF,Quickbooks, faxing, sending and responding to emails, and knowledge of advertising is a plus but not necessary! This is a part time position with the possibility of moving to full time, depending on work load.
