Administrative Assistant for Real Estate

Confidential Portland, Oregon

Assistant will be responsible for managing all administrative tasks for home buyer and seller transactions from contract to close. Additionally, assistant will be responsible for marketing efforts to ensure consistent communication with CRM database as well as the creation and distribution of digital and print marketing materials. Candidate should be adaptable to change and be solutions oriented. Transaction responsibilities include: ● Keep all vendors updated during the process of a real estate purchase or sale and effectively manage the administrative tasks involved in closing a sale ● Create timelines and follow up with individuals as needed to ensure all deadlines are met and contingencies are released ● Maintain accurate and compliant files for all transactions ● Communicate with the agent regularly throughout the transaction including all important dates, missing documents, calendar reminders, file compliance status, etc. ● Post regularly on social media accounts with engaging business updates and industry news ● Design and send regular monthly e-newsletter to CRM database ● Request, follow-up and distribute customer reviews after transaction close ● Keep eye on CRM database to ensure personalized communication and lead nurturing ● Schedule and monitor Agent communications with key individuals in CRM database Job Qualifications: ● High school diploma or GED required, preferably some college experience ● Must have excellent organizational skills and communication skills ● Flexible schedule ideal Please email cover letter with resume to: margie@metrobesthomesales.com and copy margie.eddings@gmail.com Thank you for your consideration
