Administrative Assistant - Real Estate Office

The Theresa Calantoni Team at Keller Williams Real Estate works with buyers and sellers of residential real estate in the Lehigh Valley. We are looking to expand our team and hire a professional with excellent communication skills for answering and returning client phone calls. Highly proficient computer skills to manage transaction coordination through various software platforms and organizing contracts related to real estate sales and rentals. Must have excellent communication/phone skills, well organized, computer skills including Excel, social media advertising/posting, google analytics, and website management. Must be able to work Monday - Friday, typically 9-5 but this is flexible.
