Administrative Assistant & Marketing Professional

Seeking an Administrative Assistant and Marketing Professional for a team that is part of a larger company. This team member will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks associated with marketing residential real estate. The ideal candidate will have a strong marketing background, be well organized, have great communication skills, a positive attitude and work well within a team- based culture. Duties and responsibilities of the position will include: • Assisting with all stages of Social Media and Direct and Email Mail marketing activities • Serve as a customer liaison to incoming requests for property information (phone & e-mail) • Property & general research and data entry • Creating and distribution of marketing materials • The ability to accurately proofread and edit business-related correspondence • Contract management including the timely administration of documents, letters, agreements, and mailings • Assists sales team with marketing needs: Broker Opinion of Values, executive summaries/brochures, marketing packages, coordinates/creates postcard mailings and email blasts, plans and coordinates presentations/events, and prepare press releases • Ensures all listings are properly displayed on necessary websites and/or advertising outlets, i.e. LoopNet, MLS, Company website, online and internal databases, etc. Requirements: Ideal candidate will possess the following background and skills: • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Customer Service focus that creates positive interactions clients, agents, vendors, and other real estate professionals • Be proficient with Microsoft programs including Word & Excel and Google Platforms.
