**Premium Concierge Services** is an innovative new start-up that provides off-site on- demand services to renters in order to enhance their apartment living experience. Founded by Sam Sorokin, the President of Premium Properties, a property management, and real estate investment company that has served the Oakland Berkeley Area since 2002, this new business helps apartment owners compete in this ever-challenging rental market by increasing the amount of amenities and services offered to their residents. At this time, we are servicing just Berkeley and Oakland. We are looking for someone for a long-term commitment who will have the opportunity to get in on the ground floor of this new company. **_As a Premium Concierge you will perform the following duties:_** • Answer phone calls and respond to email • Enter members into our software so they can have portal access • Welcome new members and explain all their membership benefits • Setup Utility Services and assist with other move- in logistics • Schedule service providers including, contractors and cleaners • Arrange for the delivery of packages • Perform light bookkeeping • Handle a variety of Concierge Requests and provide local advice and recommend service providers • Help market the service and build the brand over social media, digital marketing and traditional advertising You will be front-facing and engage with live customer walk-ins as well as interact with our friendly and engaging staff.
