Established advertising company seeks an Office Administrator for daily clerical work including, but not limited to: -operating multi-line phone system -data entry -email management -keeping company databases and spreadsheets up-to-date and in-sync with each other. -identifying other projects that you can take on to save the team time. Qualifications, Education: High school diploma Administrative Experience: 1 year Skills: -comfortable with basic technology, Windows OS -must be able to take initiative and utilize search functions within your computer and google to find necessary information. -strong need for attention to detail and the ability to proofread your own work quickly and accurately -ability to stay organized, juggle multiple priorities, and complete tasks quickly and accurately -professional demeanor when answering phones -excellent verbal and written communication skills, including spelling of words, rules of composition, and proper grammar in English -ability to learn quickly and work independently in a remote setting -reliable transportation for training. Job may become in office again in the future, but for now will be full time REMOTE AFTER TRAINING.
