Administrative Assistant/ HR and Marketing

Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in human resources (preferred) • Human resources: 2 years (Preferred) • Marketing: 2 years (Preferred) Administrative Duties Include: • Answering Phones, and general customer service • Answering customer inqueries • Daily pick up of mail and distribution of such to appropriate staff • Assists with answering of incoming administration and billing calls • Purchase supplies and equipment as authorized by management and monitor office supply levels and reorder as necessary • Drafts correspondence as requested • Date entry of day-to-day events and information • Participate in events as needed as a member of administrative staff Human Resources Duties Include: • Provides advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues. • Post open positions, review resumes, schedule interviews and updates information on all recruiting websites. • Responsible for data entry of employee information in CRM System, ensures all changes are supported with proper documentation. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate research • Knowledge or experience in landscape industry • Proven experience with digital marketing • Proven track record of translating key consumer learnings and insights into actionable business strategies to drive results • Demonstrable experience leading and managing email, social media and display advertising campaigns (paid media/search, programmatic display/analytics and digital management) • Demonstrated knowledge of digital media analytics and web analytics tools • Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing • Ability to measure and drive business outcomes through qualitative and quantitative techniques; Proven track record of translating key consumer learnings and insights into actionable business strategies to drive results • Excellent analytical abilities and data driven thinking • Ability to provide clear and relevant communication through verbal and written methods Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Working knowledge of HR principles and practices including labor relations • Understanding of records administration including filing, archiving, and confidential handling • Detail oriented, accurate, and organized, and can maintain organizational data • Demonstrated ability to establish and build relationships • Able to handle confidential information responsibly • Can handle multiple priorities simultaneously • Ability to read, analyze and interpret common technical journals, and legal documents.
