Administrative Assistant & Social Media • Bilingual

We are a new marketing agency looking to expand on the Fresno area. We specialize in online advertising and commercial production and currently looking for an administrative assistant to help us with office work, some customer service, scheduling, staff coordination and some social media posting. Duties/Responsibilities: Great Communication Skills Great Customer Service Bilingual (English and Spanish) Computer savvy (Will work with Google drive, docs and some other apps) Answer Phone Calls And Questions Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings Schedule work for staff (setup photo and video shoots) Check in with staff to create monthly reports to send to clients Check in with customers for customer satisfaction and get materials we may need for the campaigns Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents Create and maintain filing electronic systems (CRM, Google Drive & Notion app...we will teach you how it works) Send contracts Phone & email followups Bill invoices Bank deposits Social media posting Respond to online messages Part-time: Monday through Friday We have a small office you may come to from 9-1pm or we can arrange flexible hours and you may work from home, as long as work is completed.
