Administrative Assistant We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative, and some marketing functions in order to drive company success. Areas of Responsibilities: Tracking company expenses Organizing and maintaining customer files Creating spreadsheets and tracking systems Updating CRM Basic Marketing (email campaigns using MailChimp/Constant Contact) Overseeing our Social Media pages, which are posted by others Develop and implement organized filing systems Book conference calls / Zoom Meetings Customer appt confirmations, Scheduling Qualifications: • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields • Ability to prioritize and multitask • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Strong organizational skills • Excellent phone and computer skills • Have a sense of urgency to get tasks completed • Ability to prioritize and multitask with multiple projects at once • Must be pro-active, reliable, professional and be able to come up with his/her own ideas • Must be proficient in using MS Office programs such as Excel, Word, CRM, • Applicant must be able to track advertising costs and build and maintain spreadsheets • If you have worked in the insurance industry, that is a plus. • If you HAVE an insurance license in California, that is a BIG plus.
