Administrative Assistant - Marketing/Communications

• Directly responsible for all professional and personal administrative needs of the CEO • Responsible for managing extremely active CEO calendar and scheduling, including arranging meetings (in-person/zoom), meals and phone calls, with a demonstrated sense of prioritization, follow-up and proactive communication • Liaise with all internal team members, account teams and clients as the point person and gatekeeper for coordinating meetings o Booking personal travel for the CEO and family • Plan social engagements including dining, parties and activities in and around New York City • Purchase gifts and arrange for deliveries
