Administrative Assistant To perform administrative assistance for the day-to- day real estate office operations; providing a high level of administrative support to the Co- Founders, Chief Operations Director and the other supporting office staff and departments as needed. Maintaining all necessary financial records in an accurate and timely manner Resolve tenant issues or complaints Issue appropriate notices when needed Ensure that the telephone is answered properly, and messages are handled courteously, accurately, and responded to in a timely manner Coordinate, track and maintain reports Perform administrative functions including but not limited to: record keeping, filing, mail collection and distribution, data entry, bank / post office runs, and other essential needs as required Must be available to drive is a plus++ Skills/Knowledge & Ability: Computer Literacy a MUST Must be proficient with digital tools such as the operating system, Office, Dropbox, Google Drive, Spreadsheets, Email, Presentations Highly organized and extremely detail oriented Fast learner, ability to adapt to new systems. Flexible in daily routine; ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities Professional phone skills and the ability to write professional emails and communicate clearly in written format.
