Position: Administrative Paid Broadway Digital Marketing Coordinator Activity Stream Bridgeport, CT US 03[...] Activity Stream is seeking a Broadway Marketing Analyst to support our Broadway clients,primarily the prominent Shubert Organization, which owns and operates 17 theaters onBroadway.The purpose of this role is to help our clients, including Broadway shows and producers,execute effective marketing programs and understand trends and patterns in customer, sales, and marketing data.Responsibilities:Provide support for Broadway clients and coverage at high demand periods, assisting with digital campaign builds and reporting.Build, schedule, and execute email campaigns. Create templates, coordinate with clients for review, ensuring accuracy and consistency across sends, applying email best practices with an eye for design.Assist with building custom websites using our low-code/no-code solution, including setting up page structures and templates, organizing and implementing content updates, supporting ongoing maintenance and basic front-end troubleshooting, working with external partners on page creation and updates, and ensuring consistency with brand standards.Understand and apply targeting goals set by Broadway clients at key points of each show’s lifecycleUtilize existing audience data, SAM (our AI analytics assistant) or other LLMs to identify audiences that meet targeting goalsMeasure ROI of online and offline advertising campaigns (predominantly through UTM and Server Side Tracking via CAPI etc. )Track and report on campaign and marketing KPIs, including leads, conversion rates, website traffic, and social media engagementUtilize Activity Stream's marketing software and other common marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, etc.) to analyze customer, sales, and marketing data for Broadway clients.Analyze benchmarking data for Broadway showsRecommend optimizations to enhance marketing efficiencyCollaborate with our internal product team to improve our marketing tools to support promotional projects (e.g., automation, content consumption, social media, scheduling) for Broadway showsRequirements:Expertise in analytical tools for marketing, e.g. Google AnalyticsExperience with paid media campaignsUnderstanding of email best practices, with some HTML expertiseA high standard of quality and visual polishKnowledge of the entertainment / ticketing industry and specifically Broadway is a big bonusExperience with or interest in learning LLM engineeringStrong analytical abilitiesAbility to experiment – and learn – new systems; comfort with adapting to legacy technologiesBachelor’s degree in Marketing (or relevant field) and/or equivalent experienceIf you are passionate about data, enjoy working in a dynamic environment, and have a knack fortranslating numbers into actionable insights, we would love to hear from you.
