Experience in disbursing travel claim background with a minimum of four (4) years of experience processing travel claims within the Integrated Automated Travel System (IA TS).Minimum four (4) years technical experience with DoD travel liquidation procedures.Previous experience in the DoD community is highly desirable, as military, Government civilian, or Contractor. Download, process and perform analysis of travel data from TP AX, IA TS and DTS reports.Assist with military and civilian travel payments, voucher preparation and administrative maintenance ofTPAX, IATS and DTS.Analyze and audit travel reimbursement vouchers for completeness and accuracy.Review and verify all receipts in travel vouchers.Assist with Travel Management Department, N84, to support voucher processing for travel worldwide.Assist in processing the submissions of travel vouchers via IA TS and DTS by military and Department of Defense (DoD) civilian personnel after receipt of travel claim. Possess a valid state driver's license.Be able to operate a Personal Computer (PC) with common/standard business software programs.Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.Be able to communicate clearly and effectively with others, both verbally and in writing.Enter data into multiple databases accurately.Possess and/or be eligible for a SECRET Security Clearance.Be able to work in an environment that is fast-paced, completing multiple tasks, and meeting stringent timelines.Exhibit courteous, polite, and professional behavior at all times.Exhibit a professional appearance at all times An individual wolf is smart, strong, and resilient, but the true strength of wolves is their ability to work together as a wolfpack.
