Job Title: Administrative Assistant About the Role: This Person will act as the contact point between me, clients and our sub contractors. Key Responsibilities: • Monitor and organize email + Slack communications • Update weekly client progress trackers • Facilitate strong client relationships and relay client needs to subcontractors • Keep systems and documents organized and up to date • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed Requirements: • Strong organizational and communication skills • Comfortable with digital tools (Slack, spreadsheets, email platforms) • Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving • Prior experience in an admin or coordinator role is a plus
