We are seeking a motivated and organized candidate who is experienced in handling a wide range of administrative, marketing and communications support related tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. Responsibilities • Assist with the day-to-day tasks of running a busy office • Support all departments with lunch and snacks for customer and audit meetings • Maintaining branded merchandise and assisting employees purchasing merchandise • Maintaining and rotating supplies for conference rooms • Support in backing up the front desk • Assist with travel arrangements for Petersen employees • Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, social media content, and website updates. Knowledge, Skills And Abilities • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software (e.g., email marketing tools, social media platforms). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts • Basic understanding of content marketing, and social media strategies.
