THIS JOB IS A PERMANENT PART-TIME POSITION. Police, fire, or EMS experience or extensive IT experience desired for computer equipment and Windows 10. This position requires phone and email contact with new and existing customers and prospects who have contacted the company with an interest in products or services. This position will provide customer service support to colleges, high schools, and 9-1-1 agencies purchasing the simulator or 9-1-1 online academy.
