Visit blackmountaindev.com KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  Provide general administrative support to the owner and employees  Assist visitors/answer phone calls/manage mail and parcels / perform general office work  Assist in online marketing efforts (social media – LinkedIn/Instagram/Email)  Create and format marketing documents  General administrative assistance for HR  General accounting assistance and data entry skills REQUIRED SKILLS:  Good administrative, accounting, and marketing experience,  Proficient computer and internet skills (MS Office Suite, graphics software)  Must have graphic design skills and photo editing skills to post beautiful and engaging graphics on our social media and marketing documents  Excellent communication skills  Prioritizing and scheduling  Ability to “think on your feet” and conduct research to solve problems Black Mountain Construction | Development is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
