Red Star Outdoor is the largest independent Chicago-based billboard advertising company seeking an organized, detail-oriented Administrative/Office assistant to support daily operations.
Administrative/Office Assistant | Billboard Advertising
Location: River North, Chicago | Full-Time, In-Office
Salary: $49,000–$52,000 per year, depending on experience
Responsibilities
Schedule billboard installations and coordinate subcontractors.Coordinate billboard repairs, painting, and maintenance.Visit billboard locations to take proof-of-performance photos.Maintain operational records, schedules, and photos.Assist with billing, invoice tracking, and data entry.Qualifications
Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to multitask and work independently.Basic computer skills.Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally; personal vehicle preferred.Billboard industry experience and professional photography skills are not required.
Compensation: $49,000–$52,000 annually, depending on experience. Benefits will be discussed during the interview. Including a health care allowance after 90 days.
