Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Advertising Specialist based in the Las Vegas Metropolitan Area. In this role, you will manage advertising campaigns, conduct market analysis, and optimize marketing strategies to align with company objectives. Responsibilities include creating, analyzing, and adjusting campaigns across various platforms, monitoring performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging. The position allows for a mix of onsite work and remote flexibility based on project needs.

Qualifications
• Expertise in advertising platforms, campaign management, and ad performance analytics
• Strong skills in content development, copywriting, and creative campaign execution
• Ability to conduct market research, interpret consumer behavior, and identify trends
• Experience with digital marketing strategies, including social media advertising and search engine marketing
• Proficiency in data analysis and the use of analytics tools to measure campaign success
• Effective communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities
• Familiarity with eco-conscious marketing strategies is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field preferred
