Ads Account Managers play a critical role in our ability to prioritize both quality and speed to launch campaigns and ensure they meet client goals and objectives. This role is highly collaborative, working as an extension of the core account team: Account Executives, Sales Account Managers, and Creative & Campaign Managers.Key Responsibilities Become a knowledgeable partner on Amazon Advertising solutions.Partner with sales account teams to create media strategies and surface opportunities to improve campaign performance or success.Manage end-to-end campaign launches including strategizing and creating initial media plans, forecasting cross-product and cross-channel campaigns for optimal media mix, and educating advertisers on ad placement requirements/opportunities.Work cross-functionally with Sales, Campaign & Creative Managers & Ad Operations to ensure accurate campaign booking and set up.Accelerate prospecting of advertiser onboarding and/or reactivation, owning pre-launch campaign activities (i.e., forecasting, media planning).Support campaign optimization recommendations and product expansion through cross-channel forecasts, insights, and media proposals showcasing optimal media mix.Provide sales team with support for prospecting new business by providing inventory forecasts across Amazon Ads suite.Act as measurement consultant for campaigns based on customer KPIs.Execute measurement set-up to ensure campaign success.Partner with sales team to strategically grow partnerships, providing mid-campaign and end-of-campaign reporting and insights, and owning campaign measurement analyses.Create campaign reporting using Amazon and third-party data, surfacing any opportunities to improve performance based on client KPIs.A day in the life You will earn trust and foster frustration-free advertiser experiences by partnering with Amazon sales teams (Account Executives, Sales Account Managers, and Campaign & Creative Managers) to create media proposals for advertisers that are new to Amazon Ads. You will strategize and build media plans aimed at helping advertisers grow their business and marketing objectives while upholding our end customers’ experience. During the pre-sales process, Account Managers create media plans that will meet advertisers campaign goals and KPIs and identify any opportunities for Account Executives to present strategic opportunities, whether that is through measurement or product expansion. You will oversee Amazon first-party and third-party measurement set up pre-launch and the deliver campaign metrics and reporting during and/or after the campaign ends.
