Ads and Reporting Assistant (In Office Only)

You will pull data from multiple platforms, organize it accurately, and produce reports that tell a clear story about how campaigns are performing. Over time, as you master the reporting systems, you will begin supporting our Ads Specialist with day-to-day campaign tasks, which is a real path into the advertising side of digital marketing. Pull call tracking data from HighLevel and other platforms and organize it accurately in Google Sheets Listen to client calls, code each call by outcome, and track revenue results in client CRM systems Maintain monthly Hoot Insights Dashboards for ads clients on a consistent deadline schedule Build monthly Talons on Target performance reports for all clients Review data before submitting and flag anything that looks inconsistent or off Maintain accuracy across all client reporting files and trackers Do excellent work and you will be paid for it.
