In this role, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across Google and Meta platforms on behalf of our clients. You will manage significant ad budgets, drive measurable results, and play a key role in delivering the performance our clients expect. This is a high‑ownership role for someone who thrives on results and loves turning data into growth.ResponsibilitiesPlan, build, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns from strategy through executionMonitor and optimise campaigns daily to hit ROAS, CPA, and lead generation targetsConduct A/B testing on ad copy, creative, audiences, and landing pagesManage and allocate client ad budgets responsibly and efficientlySet up and maintain conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution across platformsBuild clear performance reports and communicate results to clients and internal stakeholdersStay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and new ad formatsCollaborate with creative and account teams to develop high‑performing ad assetsQualifications3+ years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaignsProven track record of improving ROAS and scaling campaigns profitablyStrong understanding of campaign structure, bidding strategies, and audience targetingExperience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Meta PixelAbility to analyse performance data and translate it into clear recommendationsGoogle Ads or Meta Blueprint certification is a plusStrong communication skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneouslySelf‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced agency environmentGraphic Design skillsCompensation$25,000 - $35,000 per year#J-18808-Ljbffr
