Position: Paid Ads Manager (Success-Only Pilot) OverviewI run a fast-growing You Tube channel in the options-trading niche and want more exposure to my paid programs.What I needA paid-traffic pro who can:Get ads approved and live in a policy-sensitive category (no disapprovals/flags).Set up tracking so we can clearly see clicks, leads, and sales by campaign.ScopeCreate/launch campaigns and ad creative.Tweak ad copy/landing page text to pass review.Handle resubmits/appeals if needed.Provide simple weekly performance reporting (spend, clicks, CPA, ROAS).Must-have experienceProven approvals in tough categories (send 1–2 examples).Strong knowledge of Google and Meta ad policies and what can/can’t be said.Comfortable running ads in my accounts (preferred) or yours with full visibility.Tools (keep it simple)Use standard platform pixels and Google Analytics for conversion tracking.Provide a short naming/labeling scheme so reports stay consistent.PaySuccess-based pilot: I pay only after ads are approved and delivering for 72 hours (I fund ad spend).Option to continue on a monthly retainer if results are solid.ApplyEmail 2 brief case studies , your policy checklist for getting ads approved, and a 30-day plan to Contract language (summary)$1,000 success fee upon first campaign being Approved & Serving for 72 consecutive hours at ≥ $X/day (we’ll set X together).Plus 5% of attributed revenue for 90 days after approval (measured in Google Analytics/shop platform/CRM; net of refunds/fees).I retain ownership of accounts and data; full transparency required.
