The Ads Marketing & Growth Manager will lead the development of Spotter's strategic positioning, external messaging, and sales materials to drive revenue growth and strengthen Spotter's leadership in the Creator Economy. You will own integrated proposal development and high-impact RFP responses, translating Creator-first insights, cultural moments, and Spotter's advertising solutions into compelling narratives for brands and agencies. The ideal candidate is a proactive, strategic leader with deep media sales experience, exceptional written and visual communication skills, and a collaborative, cross-functional mindset.
