Position: Paid Ads Media Buyer (Meta & Google) Our client is looking for a Paid Ads Media Buyer to join their growing remote team full time.They operate in the digital marketing and consulting space, helping service-based businesses scale through data-driven strategies and measurable performance improvements over the past few years.This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes performance marketing. The right candidate is analytical, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of campaigns from strategy to optimization. They are confident working independently, yet collaborative when needed. Most importantly, they make decisions based on data, not guesswork.They are looking for someone with strong English communication skills, a positive and professional attitude, and a natural drive to continuously test, improve, and deliver results.ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google AdsMonitor campaign performance daily and optimize based on KPIs and data insightsConduct audience research, competitor analysis, and performance trackingImplement A/B testing strategies for creatives, copy, and targetingManage budgets efficiently to maximize ROICreate clear and structured performance reportsCollaborate with internal team members through Slack and MondayDevelop ad creatives or coordinate creative needs using CanvaTroubleshoot underperforming campaigns and identify growth opportunitiesRequirementsAdvanced English proficiency, written and spokenProven experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaignsStrong analytical mindset and comfort working with metricsAbility to work independently and take initiativeHighly organized and detail orientedStrong problem-solving skillsPositive, professional, and collaborative attitudeQualificationsExperience working with service-based or coaching businesses is a plusFamiliarity with performance dashboards and reporting frameworksComfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneouslyPerformance-focused environmentCollaborative and supportive team culture#J-18808-Ljbffr
