Oversee daily payroll to ensure technicians are recording time properly • Provide Fast, Friendly and Fun customer service to both internal and external customers • Communicate with technicians and other departments via email, text message and phone • Use company software to document all service calls and installation schedules, making sure that all calls are scheduled to the appropriate technician and update customers as needed of technicians ETA • Make outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and survey upcoming or completed appointments • Manage calls from customers related to service, billing, and installations or concerns and work to resolve them efficiently and effectively • Make CSAT (Customer satisfaction) contact after the completion of sales orders • Coordinate service parts for technicians by working with inventory management group • Verify all paperwork is for installation technicians (Red Folder) • Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of office space • Vendor management • Backup for warehouse • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate empathy.
