ADS Program Manager

Assured Health Services is hiring someone to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Adult Day Program, who can be quick on their feet, work side by side with Direct Support Professionals (DSP’s) and make a real impact on the lives of individuals with Mental Health and/or Intellectual Disabilities. Job Responsibilities: • Develops and Supervises DSPs • Monitors staff performance through direct observation and documentation review • Provides ongoing feedback (positive and corrective) to staff and utilizes formal disciplinary measures appropriately • Ensures day to day activities are followed through as planned • Performs routine paperwork and required documentation within established timelines • Ensures adherence to Assured Health philosophy, mission, and vision • Ensures individuals’ rights are maintained and fully exercised by the individual • Advocates for the wants and needs of the individual • Models’ appropriate behavior/interaction always while completing duties • Maintains confidentiality of individuals, employees, and the agency • Maintains positive professional relationships • Maintains open lines of communication with and between individuals, families, agency employees, outside service providers, county board employees, and community members • Oral and written communications are courteous, clear, concise, and professional • Works effectively with team members • Assure high quality of supports within programs • Must be able to travel between programs, office, trainings, and department meetings • Perform physical intervention in the event of a crisis • Other duties as assigned
