Managing a portfolio of enterprise managed sellers, the full-time Ads Solutions Manager will oversee campaign execution, budget growth, and performance management in a remote environment, ensuring effective advertising outcomes through data-led optimization and strong seller relationships. Key responsibilities Own end-to-end campaign execution, including builds, optimizations, and performance corrections to enhance ROAS and revenue efficiency Drive advertising spend growth by identifying budget expansion opportunities and maintaining strong budget pacing across the portfolio Serve as the primary contact for sellers, leading performance discussions and providing data-backed insights and optimization plans Required qualifications 3-4+ years of experience in digital advertising, retail media, or e-commerce, with hands-on management of CPC and CPA campaigns Experience managing and optimizing campaigns for complex or enterprise-level clients, including multi-format execution Strong analytical skills with familiarity in performance metrics such as ROAS, ACOS, and CTR Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment and lead performance conversations independently Bachelor's degree required
