Social Media Manager This is a remote position. We're looking for more than a graphic designer. We're hiring a Social Media Manager who understands marketing, strategy, and performance, not just aesthetics. Key Responsibilities • Build and manage social calendars across based food brands • Align every post with our ongoing marketing briefs and seasonal restaurant promotions • Know which posts should be boosted, when to schedule for optimal reach, and how to execute without hand holding • Run Meta ads efficiently; set up, monitor, and optimize paid social • Track KPIs and help match social content to operational performance and in-store sales • Communicate with on-ground teams for real-time execution • Think critically and solve problems independently
