• Responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing Blue Track Media advertisers , upwards of $500k+ in monthly revenue and 20 – 50 clients at any given time • Focus on revenue growth (cross sell / upsell) and retention of the accounts • Proactively build relationships with all clients at all levels of the organization • Manage day to day activities of accounts including: • set up of new campaigns according to IO,communication of campaign performance,troubleshoot campaign issues i.e. serving errors,reconciliation of discrepancies and chargebacks (reversals) with client,ensure campaigns are pacing evenly in accordance with daily budgets and caps,ensure campaigns are meeting agreed upon KPIs • Work with Ad Operations (VA) team for campaign changes (targeting, payouts, etc) • Work with accounting to ensure proper numbers are billed monthly/campaign end • Recommendation of appropriate campaign optimizations when applicable • Monitor and analyze campaigns for both delivery and performance • Handle cancellations and re-allocations in a timely manner • Assist finance with past due invoices and collections • Work hand in hand with Account Executives by providing reporting relevant to campaigns they are pitching • Assist with completion of RFPs and other price quotes • Knowledge of industry standards and competitor rates • Ideal candidate will reside in/or close to Philadephia Area, Greater NY or NJ areas are acceptable distances as well. Position will be based in Philadelphia Area with option to work remotely • Will consider candidates in other geographic locations who have a proven track record of working independently at a successful ad network. • Self driven, go getter with strong work ethics – must be able to work independently with little supervision • Excellent communication skills: both written and verbal • Comfortable working with large budgets ($1MM+) • Proficient with MS Office: Word, Excel and Powerpoint • 2+ years in the Mobile Advertising or Online Advertising space • Knowledge of/Familiarity with: • mobile performance network buying metrics: CPI, CPC, CPM,Third Party Tracking and Servers (Dart, Kochava, Appsflyer, etc),Mobile Ad Space Industry
