Requirements • Majoring in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Analytics, or a related field, • Your year of graduation is 2027 or later, • Currently attending college in the U.S, • Strong organizational and time-management skills, • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable working with data, • Dedication to growth and learning in a professional environment What the job involves • The AMP Summer Internship Program offers college students the opportunity to work on meaningful, high-impact projects that directly support our Native Search Marketplace and go-to-market strategy, • Interns collaborate with experienced team members, gain exposure to how a fast-growing ad tech company operates, and develop practical, in-demand skills. The program is designed to help you grow professionally while making a real contribution to the business, • By the end of the summer, you’ll have a deeper understanding of how AMP creates value through innovation in search advertising - and how your work helps drive that impact, • You will work with our Advertiser Success (AS) team and gain hands-on experience supporting enterprise advertisers in a fast-paced ad tech environment, • During this internship, you will support the team with a variety of tasks, including analyzing account performance, preparing client-facing materials, supporting research initiatives, and assisting with internal systems and operations, • In addition, you will collaborate with fellow summer interns across departments to develop and present executive-level projects that support the business while strengthening your analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, • This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to client strategy, data storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration while learning how a high-performing customer success team operates, • Partner on digesting, logging, and interpreting account performance outcomes (pacing, media math, performance goals, etc. ), • Support the creation and design of decks, presentations, and client-facing content, • Conduct external market and vertical research (10-Ks, shareholder reports, industry trends), • Maintain CRM systems, archives, and account documentation, • Build data visuals and performance summaries to support internal and external conversations, • Assist with enterprise client in-person events, including meeting support, event planning, and social event research, • Support internal and external communications across teams and clients, • Develop professional workplace skills, including workflows, tools, cross-team collaboration, and internal navigation, • Unique access to professional development: hands-on startup experience and 1:1 mentorship, • Exposure to enterprise clients, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional teams, • The opportunity to collaborate with interns across departments on executive-level projects, • Career development perks such as reference letters, LinkedIn endorsements, and professional events
