What You’ll Bring • High school diploma or GED required (a PhD in People Skills is highly encouraged) • Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but passion and hustle go even further • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, we like our reps reliable and road-ready • Strong communication chops, whether it's small talk or closing talk, you keep it smart and sincere • Solid time management skills and a self-starter mindset, you're the kind who doesn't want to be told "go" • Comfortable with technology and mobile devices (you won't need to code, just tap, swipe, and go) • Physically able to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds while working outdoors You take care of our customers; we take care of you • Supportive team culture.
