The Account Coordinator will work closely with Account Directors and Account Executives to maintain a high level of accountability for our client base. You will play a critical role in supporting the account management team in the execution of advertising campaigns for our clients. A get-it-done attitude, an eye for detail, and top-notch problem-solving skills are essential for this position. • Ensure all billing and invoicing are accurate and processed promptly Who you will be… • Bachelor’s degree or at least 2 years of relevant work experience in an account coordination role, preferably within an advertising agency • Culturally plugged in; nimble, inspired, and scrappy gatherer of information • Crisp thinker and communicator – verbally, visually, and in writing • Proactive, curious, self-motivated • Agile and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Strength of conviction for your thinking, well balanced by an open ear and mind • Familiar with advertising and marketing concepts, particularly within the automotive industry, is a plus.
