We don’t just react to industry trends — we help shape them. We’re looking for a highly motivated Account Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Project Management: • Coordinate and help execute multi-channel ad campaigns across broadcast, digital, social, print, and more • Keep timelines on track and teams aligned — you’re the calm in the storm • Work closely with creative, media, and production teams to ensure projects flow seamlessly from idea to execution Who You Are: • Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years experience in a client support role (agency background a plus, but not required if you have the hustle) • A strong communicator — you can make the complicated sound clear, in email, in conversation, and in PowerPoint • Proactive and curious — you spot what needs to be done and dive in • Hyper-organized and able to juggle multiple projects at once without losing your mind (or your cool) • A fast learner who’s comfortable adapting to new tools, platforms, and ways of working • Knowledge of advertising concepts (especially automotive) is a plus • Experience with digital advertising and social platforms like Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), etc., is a plus-plus
