Advertising Account Executive- Automotive

Spectrum Reach has an exciting opportunity with our In Market Sales Team as an Account Executive-Automotive experience, to grow our sales, evangelize Spectrum Reach Media Solutions and expand awareness of Spectrum Reach’s offering to advertisers. • Generate new business in the Automotive space in a metric based environment • You are responsible for being knowledgeable of all key auto partners and staying up to date and reporting industry trends • Have a hand in the auto aspect of the advertising business • Achieve sales and strategic goals • Cultivate and nurture connections with brands and marketing/advertising agencies • Recognize business challenges that Spectrum Reach’s media solutions can address; connect solutions with business challenges • Oversee sales forecasting and reporting for your Book of Business • Communicate effectively with external partners, clients, and internal stakeholders with the ability to adapt your style and delivery to many levels of technical expertise • Deliver client results that earn repeat business Generate new business in the Automotive space in a metric based environment • You are responsible for being knowledgeable of all key auto partners and staying up to date and reporting industry trends • Have a hand in the auto aspect of the advertising business • Achieve sales and strategic goals • Cultivate and nurture connections with brands and marketing/advertising agencies • Recognize business challenges that Spectrum Reach’s media solutions can address; connect solutions with business challenges • Oversee sales forecasting and reporting for your Book of Business • Communicate effectively with external partners, clients, and internal stakeholders with the ability to adapt your style and delivery to many levels of technical expertise • Deliver client results that earn repeat business Required Qualifications • Proven track record of exceeding revenue expectations in the Automotive space • Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills • Assist with providing direction, and overall strategy in the Auto space by articulating client strategies using industry knowledge to expand business opportunities • Developing positive relationships with clients and the community • 3+ years of sales with ideally 2+ years of progressive sales experience in Automotive & Digital advertising (preferably CTV), insertion order media and/or managed services to marketing decision-makers with brands and/or independent ad agencies • Experience in Local broadcast, cable, on-line or print media sales experience (3-5+ years), leadership experience (3-5 years), sales experience (3-5 years) • Relationship building, sales lead conversion, managing deadlines and priorities, developing new businesses • Ability to use data in the development and sale of a media strategy • Adept at presenting complex solutions in a simple, easy to understand manner • Understanding of the media landscape and evolving dynamics of advertising within it • Familiarity of the Adtech ecosystem including ad network, ad exchange, SEM platform, DSP, SSP, and other online advertising technology • Strong presentation skills with the ability to speak with C-level clients; confident in negotiating • Local and regional travel; valid driver’s license and safe driving record Learning Culture: We invest in your learning and provide paid training and coaching to help you succeed
