The ideal candidate has a strong background in Outside Sales / Advertising, and Business to Business development, with excellent communication, time management, computer and social media skills. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent Computer skills, including XCEL and Word - Proven experience in Sales & Outside Business to Business Development - Above average Social Media Skills preferred - Familiarity with CRM platforms for Visitations and Lead Tracking - Comfortable with cold calling Potential Realtors and Custom Builders in person or on the phone.
