Advertising Account Manager, Customer Insights Expert

Client Success Strategies In this role, you will work closely with clients to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth and productivity. Your expertise in data-driven analysis and consultative recommendations will enable you to identify high-impact opportunities for customers and develop targeted solutions using Google advertising products. Responsibilities • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and collaboration* Develop and execute plans to achieve business growth and productivity targets* Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth within client portfolios* Analyze customer needs and develop targeted solutions using Google advertising products* Quantify high-impact opportunities for customers through data-driven analysis and consultative recommendations* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client strategies* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve client success strategies Requirements • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience* 5 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting* Ability to travel up to 20% of the time as required* Master's degree in a business-related field is preferred* Experience launching and managing paid digital advertising campaigns, particularly in Google Ads and other digital marketing platforms* Experience assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, and engaged selling* Ability to work with channel sales, advertisers, agencies, or clients* Strong analytical skills and ability to develop forward-thinking, data-driven analyses* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills* Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to change* Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices Benefits As a member of our team, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, bonus equity benefits, and more.
