Responsibilities • Own a portfolio of enterprise-level eCommerce brands, driving adoption, retention, and measurable account growth • Lead media strategy across paid and organic channels, integrating Klickly’s data platform to deliver measurable ROI • Translate performance data into clear, actionable recommendations • Guide clients through attribution, incrementality, and ROI analysis • Partner cross-functionally to implement creative, technical, and data-driven growth solutions • Present performance reviews and QBRs with clear outcomes and next steps • Identify upsell opportunities based on performance insights • Proven success managing $500K+ monthly ad budgets and driving ROI for eCommerce or DTC brands • Strong ability to translate complex analytics into business outcomes • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills with senior-level clients • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and experience working cross-functionally • Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Benefits • Unlimited PTO + company holidays • Remote-first culture built on trust, innovation, and collaboration Company Overview • The world’s only AI-driven full-funnel, comprehensive, & real-time consumer software platform that enables distributed commerce.
