Advertising Account Manager

Job Summary

Our client, a leading entertainment and media organization, is seeking an Advertising Account Manager to join their team! This is an 8-month contract opportunity located in Burbank, CA, with a hybrid schedule requiring onsite work 4 days per week and 1 day remote. This role will focus on driving advertising revenue across digital and media solutions, managing a book of business, developing strong agency and client relationships, and identifying new revenue opportunities across Connected TV (CTV), programmatic advertising, and performance marketing

Core Responsibilities

Own and grow a book of business by identifying and developing new advertising revenue opportunities Strategically position digital, CTV, programmatic, and multimedia advertising solutions to clients and agency partners Build and maintain senior-level relationships with advertising agencies and brands Develop client-specific strategies leveraging media, data, and performance marketing solutions Prospect, cold call, and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth Partner with internal sales and cross-functional teams to develop multimedia, programmatic, and addressable advertising solutions Support and execute RFPs, upfront opportunities, and strategic client presentations

Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)

5+ years of media or advertising sales experience with a demonstrated track record of revenue growth Hands-on experience selling Connected TV (CTV) advertising solutions Experience with programmatic advertising sales and digital media solutions Experience with performance marketing and direct-to-consumer business models Established relationships with advertising agencies and/or brands Proven experience prospecting, cold calling, developing new business, and independently managing a book of business Strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape, including video, social, display, data, and streaming media

Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves)

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience Experience within the streaming, entertainment, or digital advertising ecosystem Experience working with performance marketing agencies Experience selling multimedia or addressable advertising solutions Experience with RFPs, upfronts, and the scatter marketplace Experience developing programmatic or automated advertising strategies Salesforce experience

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $51.00 and $73.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
