We believe that advertising, when done well, can enhance the customer experience and generate a positive return on investment for our advertising partners. We are looking for a highly motivated Ad Sales Specialist to join our talented team to help scale our growing Advertising program. Also help analyze campaign performance against key metrics to identify, recommend, and implement optimizations to help Medium/small brands to increase efficiency, drive high renewal rate and meet clients’ KPIsLeverage our suite of rich data, targeting and product channels to collaborate with the other teams in the development of tailored solutions that meets advertisement goalsTroubleshoot any technical or implementation issues, collaborating with internal teamsServe as a source of market intelligence for other areas of the advertising team (e.g., product development, product marketing, pricing) and assist in the development of best practices and operational efficienciesBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or BusinessExperience in advertising solutions including sales, ad operations, and online marketingMBA or other related Master's degree, Strong communication skills (written and verbal), Confidence in the analysis of number-based reports and experience in MS Office (esp.
