Position: Accounts Payable Specialist Status: Part Time Media Partners Worldwide is a boutique media planning agency dedicated to providing clients effective advertisement at remnant rates. Our team has over 25 years of experience negotiating the lowest costs possible for our clients across a wide array of brands. With our team’s experience and connections within the industry, we provide our clients nationwide advertisements across radio, TV, podcasts, digital mediums, streaming services, OOH, and more. Qualifications: We encourage you to apply if the below describes you: • College graduate with an interest in accounting • Relevant experience (employment or internship) in accounting • Excellent analytical skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and other Microsoft Office Suite programs Responsibilities: The Accounts Payable Specialist’s main role is to work closely with the Account Controller and Media Buyers in updating our accounting workbook and Quickbooks accounts. Responsibilities Include: • Analyzing invoices • Filing invoices • Making prepayments • Uploading invoices into Excel • Uploading bills into Quickbooks • Paying bills in Quickbooks • Cutting physical checks • Communicating with the Account Controller, Media Buyers, and Vendors Free parking and use of gym in building, opportunity to go full time for right candidate in next year
