We’re seeking a Junior Account Executive to support our Account Manager with client project coordination and manage the day-to-day social media presence of CADE and our clients. You’ll work with our creative team, turn plans into organized action, and help brands show up consistently and confidently online.

This is a role for someone who enjoys both the creative work and the coordination that makes it happen. Your contributions will be visible—in the work we deliver and the relationships we build.

What You’ll Do:

· Help the Account Manager coordinate client projects, track deadlines, organize assets, and follow up with the team.

Prepare meeting notes, project updates, draft briefs, and client communication as assigned.Manage content calendars for all agency and client social media accounts.Write captions, develop content ideas, and coordinate graphics, photos, and short-form videos with our creative team.Schedule and publish approved content that reflects each brand’s voice and goals.Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; respond within approved guidelines and elevate issues when needed.Review social media performance, prepare monthly reports, and recommend ways to improve results.Proofread work, maintain organized files and approval records, and track time accurately by client and project.What You’ll Bring:

Strong writing skills and an eye for details that others miss.The ability to stay organized, manage competing deadlines, and follow through.Practical social media experience beyond simply using the apps: creating content, managing a calendar, engaging an audience, or interpreting performance.Professional communication, good judgment, and a willingness to ask questions and learn.A team-oriented approach and the confidence to bring ideas and solutions to the table.Comfort with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn project management and social media tools.A degree in advertising, marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field is helpful, as is equivalent practical experience. This is a junior role; approximately 0–2 years of relevant experience is preferred. Internships, freelance work, student organizations, and strong project samples count. Experience with Canva, Adobe tools, Meta Business Suite, or short-form video is a plus.

Full-time, 40 hours per week. In person in Tallahassee, Florida. This position reports to the Account Manager.
