Job Description As an Agency and Client Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our operations and account management teams, ensuring seamless execution of client projects, and maintaining accurate financial records and documentation. Key responsibilities include: • Assisting the COO with various accounting and operations tasks, including invoicing clients and vendors, managing accounts receivable and payable, supporting end-of-month accounting activities, performing minor office management duties, and maintaining accurate agency financial records and documentation. Required skills and qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field, relevant coursework or certifications in accounting or marketing, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, proactive problem-solving mindset, team player with a positive attitude, adaptability to changing environments and tasks, and strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.
