Job Description

Sharpcontra is seeking a dynamic and motivated Advertising Agent to join our growing team in Detroit. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing advertising campaigns that align with client goals and brand identity. The ideal candidate is strategic, client-focused, and has a keen eye for both creativity and detail.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and pitch advertising strategies to clients based on market research and brand objectivesCoordinate media buying and placement across appropriate platformsMonitor campaign performance and optimize based on data-driven insightsCollaborate with creative and content teams to ensure cohesive messagingMaintain strong client relationships through clear communication and campaign reportingPrepare proposals, timelines, and budgets for ongoing and new advertising projectsEnsure compliance with industry standards and legal advertising requirementsQualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field

13 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or media planning

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with keen attention to detail

Proficiency in advertising tools and data analytics platforms

Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically under deadlines
