Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage advertising campaigns across various platforms (excluding social media) Research market trends, target audiences, and competitors to inform campaign strategies Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad content Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making necessary adjustments to maximize results Maintain relationships with media outlets and negotiate advertising contracts Ensure campaigns meet deadlines and budget requirements Prepare reports and present findings to management Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in advertising or marketing (agency experience is a plus) Strong understanding of advertising channels and media buying (excluding social media) Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills Analytical mindset with attention to detail Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Proficiency in advertising and analytics tools is a plus Additional Information
