The Brand and Advertising Specialist I is responsible for supporting the Brand and Advertising and Community Marketing teams and business owners to develop and implement marketing and external communications that drive enrollment and new business with a focus on compliance. Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent years of experience is required • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in Marketing and/or Communications is required • Healthcare experience preferred Competencies, Knowledge and Skills: • Microsoft Office proficient • Experience using visual software, such as PowerPoint and Visio • Project management skills • Ability to learn and utilize project management software • Strong attention to detail • Oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Knowledge of marketing practices, tactics and trends • Cross-functional team skills • Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment including a WFH setting or office environment • Time management skills • Decision making/problem solving skills Compensation Range: $46,500.00 - $74,500.00 CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate’s education, training, and experience as well as the position’s scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level.
