Advertising and Creative Director

As a Senior Manager, Brand Activation, you will be accountable for leading the development and execution of national advertising campaigns, managing brand presence on social media, and working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and success. Key Accountabilities: • Develop and execute the annual integrated marketing plan, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and success. • Organize resources and lead the end-to-end execution of national advertising campaigns, collaborating with media partners to understand assets needed and developing advertising assets with creative agencies. • Constantly seek optimal performance of advertising creative, synthesizing performance metrics into actionable optimizations of creative and identifying opportunities to fill creative and messaging gaps. • Work with the Director, Brand Activation, to develop new strategic campaigns, often linking to major new product launches, and manage brand presence on social media channels such as Meta, Pinterest, and YouTube.
